Your helpful, giving ways,
And how your generous heart
Your unselfishness displays.

When I have no one to turn to
And I am feeling kind of low,
When there is no one to talk to
And nowhere I want to go,
I search deep within myself
It is the love inside my heart
That lets me know my Angels are there
Even though we are miles apart.

A smile then appears upon my face
And the sun begins to shine.
I hear a voice, so soft and sweet
Saying, 'Everything will be just fine'
It may seem that I am alone
But I am never by myself at all.
Whenever I need my Angels near
All I have to do is call.

An Angel's love is always true
On that you can depend.
They will always stand behind you
And will always be your friend.
Through darkest hours and brightest days
Our Angel's see us through
They smile when we are happy, and will cry when we are blue..

Thank you for your service, your friendship and your protection

I had the pleasure of dining with Mark on January 9th during one of his Supervisory Leadership training days. It was either on or near his birthday, though he downplayed it as much as he could. It was the first time that I had met Mark and I found him to be very engaging and soft-spoken with a dry sense of humor. What stood out at the time was the happiness within him as he spoke of his wife and children. God Bless them as they struggle through this time period, and blessings to the survivors of our other Oakland brothers killed in the line of duty.

To The Family,Friends, and Oakland Police Men and Women,

He was one of the most finest, and he cared about people, and he made us feel safe in Eastmont Mall and Oakland. He always smiled and was very healthful and a true professional. We will miss him and only time will mend your broken hearts, but now he will protect in a supernatural way from heaven. I pray you find peace and know that "you loved him, but God loved him more."

Thank you for sharing him with us and our prayers are with you.

God Bless and Take Care of You in this sad time,.
