Officer Norman, I'm so sorry to hear of your untimely death. I'm sure you were a great person and an outstanding police officer. I'm upset the person that hurt you in the accident and subsequently caused your death only received 6 months in a half way house many years ago. Now that your free from your body you can run and never be tired. Thank you for your service.

Fred, I well remember when they said you had less than 1% chance of making it after the accident. I remember thinking that you were WAY TOO young to leave us so soon. Well, you were still way too young to leave us 21 years later, but just look at how you beat those odds! You always were a little on the stubborn side, weren't you?
I am proud and amazed at the way you persevered and went on to live life. Go rest high on that mountain... you've earned it!
I would like to send hugs and prayers to each family member who is grieving at this time. I would also like to recognize and thank my Aunt Billie for all of her diligence in helping Fred to come back from the brink of death and to move on to a rewarding life, against all odds. You were(are) an awesome Mother! God Bless You!
