Officer Pawlowski became a friend of our fraternity while responding to a noise complaint one day (no comment). Many members of our house relate having great memories of Officer Pawlowski, and that he was a great person. Friday the 13th, 2009 was a sad day indeed for both our house, and the city of Philadelphia. We will all be praying for Officer Pawlowski and his family.
