By William Butler Yeats
I will arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,
And a small cabin build there, of clay and wattles made;
Nine bean rows will I have there, a hive for the honeybee,
And live alone in the bee-loud glade.

And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the veils of the morning to where the cricket sings;
There midnight's all a-glimmer, and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the linnet's wings.

I will arise and go now, for always night and day
I hear the water lapping with low sounds by the shore;
While I stand on the roadway, or on the pavements gray,
I hear it in the deep heart's core.

‘Our Brother Our Guardian’ For Police Officer Chris Jones

He served his county and then his fellow citizens
Wearing both uniforms with everlasting pride
He wore the face of a loving husband and father
Faithfully up until the day officer Chris Jones died

He was a hero to everyone that knew his name
Each day of his life he strived to make us all better
The ultimate sacrifice was made way before it’s time
In Heaven tonight the Angels and Chris patrol together

Our brother our guardian we thank you with all of our hearts
Our words can not express how deeply we will all miss you
Each night we’ll say a prayer in your name for Heaven to hear
Though you left this world we know your spirit’s always near

In a world surrounded by hate you chose to make a difference
The many lives that you touched shall remain eternally great full
As we stand saluting you one last time with tears flowing from our eyes
Our only wish was that God had given us all the chance to say goodbye

To,
Our brother our guardian we thank you with all of our hearts
Our words can not express how deeply we will all miss you
Each night we’ll say a prayer in your name for Heaven to hear
Though you left this world we know your spirit’s always near

My tribute for Middletown Township Police Officer Chris Jones killed in the line of duty on January 29th 2009. May you rest in peace until we all meet again in Heaven. God Bless You.

To the Jones Family,
From the bottom of my heart, I wish all of you comfort in the days to come-through remembering the happiest & most loving times spent with Chris. This Sacrifice makes you wake up & be reminded of what's really important. It's about "making a difference" in other's lives. Be a little nicer or kinder or more caring. Be selfless. Chris has taught us all that lesson.

To the Officers of Middletown Twp. P.D., words can't completely express what you're experiencing, but know all of you are very much loved and cared about by your surrounding Law Enforcement Communities. Should any of you need an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on,don't hesitate to call. We understand your pain and feel it ourselves all over again. Be comforted knowing Chris is with all of the fallen Officers who are now Angels looking over us.

Newtown Borough P.D.
