My prayers go out to you and your family. I am a student in the Criminal Justice Program with Robert. I went back into one of our first discussion boards and found something that Robert had said in his introduction; "I am originally from Missouri but have since followed my wife here to San Antonio." I just wanted you to know that your husband loved you. I will miss Robert, he knew how to talk with people and he knew how to listen to people. Robert will be missed. 10-7

Our paths have never crossed, but it is never easy to take in the death of an officer. I am sad for your family, but rest peacefully as I know you are in a better place now. Please say hello to my friend Jay, who lost his life in the line of duty several years ago. Please know you will never be forgotten and thank you for your service....

Rest In Peace brother and even if your time was short while on the job, proud to call you brother and share a career in law enforcement, tell my Son-in law Josh Norris EOW 07/05/2007 hello and have him show you around.

To the Family of Officer Davis
Your complete family are in my families prayers during this dark time. My family is just starting to make it thru a lost of our own with the death of my future son in-law Josh Norris. Robert was taken to early and should of had more time with you and I know words at this time will never stop the hurt, but know your Husband is not far from you. He is the whisper in the wind, that feeling of being hugged when no one is there, he will always be at your side watching over ever accomplishment and catching ever tear that you shed. What has helped my family and may help you, remember your love ones laugh, his smile and all those things that are unique to him, since they are truly what made him. Your police family extends it arms to you, if this one from Louisiana can do anything do not hesitate to ask. God bless you and may he give you strength

Just Call On Me

I can't comprehend just how sad you must feel
For the loss of someone you love.
This sorrowful time must still feel unreal
And you're looking for strength from above.
I hope, from my heart, that your pain will decrease,
That your spirit will gain strength again,
And I pray that your faith will create inner peace
And that God will send blessings--Amen.
Till then, if you need me to lighten your load,
I'm waiting to come to your aid.
Just call on me, and I'll walk down that road,
Until the dark times start to fade.

Rest easy your brothers and sisters have the watch from here.
