Tim, you were one of the first Philadelphia Police Officers I had ever met and even though we were from different departments you had my back on more than one occasion. That was back in the early 90's but I will never forget. I can't thank you enough for your help and support.

Rest in peace my brother. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

The Philadelphia Police Department has had far too many days and weeks of mourning in the past few years and it’s time it stopped. Why God feels that he needs so many Philly cops on the beat in Heaven is something only He knows, but I wish he’d see that he’s got plenty of men and women up there and doesn’t need any more, especially from Philly.

Sgt. Simpson, for so many years you’ve given your all and even lost a partner this year, I think you’ve earned a special assignment in Heaven.

God Bless and may you Rest in Peace, Brother.

To ALL my Brothers and Sisters in the City of Brotherly Love, regardless of the PD(especially you Mike), watch yourselves and keep safe. Enough is enough. You’re all top notch and we need you here on Earth more than God needs you up there.

"Final Call"

An Angel In The Sky Must Leave His Place Of Rest,
Gently Tucking His Wings Beneath His Armored Vest.
For Duty Has Called, There Is Much Work To Do
Little Did He Know, This One Is Dressed In Blue.

Arriving On The Scene, He Knows Just What To Say,
"Follow Me, Fallen Brother, I'll Show You The Way."
"Your Duty Has Ended, Your Work Is Now Through."
"Come Hang Your Hat Beside Mine, I'm A Cop, Too."

May you rest in Peace My brother, you will always be remembered.
