Frank was a very loyal person that always remained true to his friends and family. You could count of Frank and know that you had someone behind you if in need. This is one good cop that will be missed.

Sincerely,

Officer Russo was a great man. He was friendly to everyone that deserved and some that didn't. Schaumburg has truly lost a great officer and the world has lost a great man. Frank, RIP, watch over your brothers and sisters.
