This time it's taken a couple of days to really reflect the "flurry" of activity of the last couple of long days & nights, so many thoughts, emotions, memories have been "awoke"! 10 years since that dreadful phone call, 10 years since watching you slip away, 10 years since Heaven called you home....not a moment goes by when you are not remembered for being our Hero! Please keep us under your constant watch!

Hero's live Forever....in our Hearts!

10 years. Still seems like yesterday. As our lives move on, I think of all the greatness you would have accomplished and the many more lives you would have touched had you not been taken so early. Miss you.

June it's been a sad one....I hope you were there to meet Lilly as she crossed over the Rainbow on June 2nd, She wasn't sick long, but when "it" got her, she no longer could let her back legs carry her....Chris was with her to the end.! Thinking out your Anniversary, and then today watched a clip of your Mom hugging a Deputy that was running for all of you had "crossed that thin blue line".

Most days it seems like yesterday when the phone rang...and we lived those 2 days of watching you "slip" away. 9 years have gone by, and yes, the hurt has healed, we also now celebrate your life on these "special" days. Keep a watch from above...and today on this sunny, bright, breezy day I will look to the Heavens and see you smiling down....

The bright sun is shining today...so different from all the past years on this date, it's usually pouring buckets! So, you must be smiling down from the heavens..that's how I am going to feel today! Spent the entire weekend at a retreat, told our "story", shed many tears, and spoke of how proud we are of you....

How quickly these 8 years have gone by...keep watch over us, as you are Forever in our Hearts...
