It has only been a few hours since your transfer to God's kingdom and His police department in heaven. We know you are now among all our brothers and sisters who also given their all in service to God's children here on earth. I will dearly miss Evan. I last spoke with Evan at the Missoula Hells Angels event 2008. Evan instructed PVOC driving at the Montana Law Enforcement Academy and I was fortunate to instruct with him. Evan was an avid Auto enthusist and mechanic always willing to jump in and help. Evan will be missed by all.
