Evan, you will be missed dearly by us all at the MHP. You were an amazing asset to our agency. When I heard the news, I was devastated. I often ask why, but only God knows that. You are a hero in all of our eyes and we will continue to serve in your honor. My deepest sympathy goes out to your family, friends and all the troopers in the highway patrol.
