We, your neighbors in Escambia County were shocked and
saddened to learn of this incident and loss. Our
sympathy is extended to the Forfione family and the
law enforcement family in Okaloosa County and Ft. Walton
Beach.
We in the panhandle of Florida are proud of those who
serve as law enforcement officers and protect our
communities. We are deeply saddened and want our
neighbors to know, we are here to support you.

Today is indeed a sad day in Northwest Florida.
