Deputy Menn. I met your great nephew Tom Menn over the Internet . Your family still honors your memory. I told Tom," if I just had a baby girl come into my life,I would've told the Sheriff I'm sorry, you'll have to find another Deputy." Deputy I'm gonna surmise you stayed on as Deputy to do your part to make sure the world was a safer place for your family. You're a solid man Deputy. I feel absolutely horrified that you were taken to soon from your family. You never got to be here as Miss Olga grew . However you,Mrs. Menn and Miss Olga, are now made a family again in Gods kingdom . Albeit it was short ,but I'm grateful you were a deputy with Fayette County. Thank you Deputy Menn

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 111th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.
