Well I wish things had turned out different but God had other plans for you. Findley you had a great smile and love for your job and your family. You will be missed and we will continue to protect and care for your family. Tell Steve hi. I hope you were looking down on us long enough to see all the LOVE that poured out for you. First and foremost I just want to say thank you for training and preparing me for the dangerous streets of PG County. Findley I will never forget you. I couldn't have asked for a better FTO. It was just so hard to here the last call at the cemetary, because I knew how important answering the radio was too you, so when you didnt answer, I just broke down. RIP in SGT. Findley.

Rich,
About four years ago you were assisting with our stops, three years ago we said goodbye to STEVE. It took a long time to get back to as normal as can be. Now we say goodbye to you. It's a nightmare starting all over again. Unitl I see STEVE and YOU again take care.

Cpl. I would just like to say thank you for your ultimate sacrifice to uphold the peace. Again we lose another outstanding officer and family man to the scum that just want to cause turmoil. You Cpl. are the type of officer I can only hope to be. One that does not back down from his job, one that has a strong reputation and an officer that you could use to define every good word in the dictionary. Cpl. from attending your funeral I know this is the the type of officer and man you were.
Cpl. the hardest part of the funeral was seeing your little girls and wife going through so much pain. I know there are no words or actions that will ever be able to take away their pain but to them I would like to say your husband, father, son, brother, and friend will never be forgotten. I can assure you even though I did not know Cpl. Findley he has made a huge impact on me and I guarantee that as I go on the road in a few weeks he will be in my mind. I will end by saying again I can only hope to be half the man you all knew to be your husband and father. God bless your entire family in this time of senseless tragedy. God speed

Rich,
It is SO hard to believe you are gone. I remember the last time I talked with you and you were so happy and excited to be on the SAT team. You seemed to be having such a good time! It's hard to realize that both you and Steve are no longer with us. You two were peas in a pod....always the pranksters, always the jokesters. To have worked with both of you on the same squad, I don't think I ever went a day without being in stitches because of you two. My only comfort is knowing that you and Steve will be together and, I'm sure, pulling some sort of joke on someone else up there! (Lord help them) Just as Steve often comes in my thoughts, so will you...

Rest in Peace, Brother. Over the past few days, I have heard many stories about you. All of them told a story of a great father, officer, and man. Patrolling the county line together, many people knew you, and they all respected you. Watch over us now, brother, and thank you for protecting the thin blue line.
