Rich I can't believe your gone. When I got the phone call today, the Earth stopped moving and time stood still. You will be missed by everyone that has any contact with you. You were a true hero to Prince George's County. I know Steve and Nova will take care of you. Til we meet again my friend.

God's children in your community and around this great nation are deeply indebted to you for all your service in the ranks of our law enforcement profession. You have gone to be with the best of the best in God's kingdom, but will never be forgotten by those you have left behind. Your honorable service along with your courage, your love of family and your integrity will stand as a testimony of your deep devotion to service and as an example to the future. Be at peace with your brothers and sisters you now are partnered with in His kingdom knowing you will never be forgotten by those you have left behind.

Cpl Findley, I do not know where to start this - you are a brother on this department that I never had the opportunity to meet or learn from. They stress to us at CPI how much this department means to those who serve and protect this great county. They stress the brotherhood and comraderie and how that makes Prince George's County Police the great department that it is. Life truly hit home today. I cannot begin to fathom the heartache and emotions within the department at this very moment. Rest assured that your brothers and sisters will protect and serve this great county and bring to justice those responsible.

Session 113 keeps you and your family in our thoughts and our prayers.

Corporal Findley was a great man, as well as a great officer. Truely an asset to the Prince George's County Police Department. Brother Findley will be tremendously missed, and our great department will never be the same witout him.
