May the Lord shine perpetual light upon him, and may his soul rest in peace forever! It is now the job of all COs to take care of this man's family. Let us all see to it that his family will only have to deal with the greif, and not any other kind of hardship! He will not be forgotten by the Northeast Coast Special Response Team or any other brother/sister from FCI Ft. Dix. Our condolances to all USP Atwatwer staff and Off. Rivera's family.

"Final Call"

An Angel In The Sky Must Leave His Place Of Rest,
Gently Tucking His Wings Beneath His Armored Vest.
For Duty Has Called, There Is Much Work To Do
Little Did He Know, This One Is Dressed In Blue.

Arriving On The Scene, He Knows Just What To Say,
"Follow Me, Fallen Brother, I'll Show You The Way."
"Your Duty Has Ended, Your Work Is Now Through."
"Come Hang Your Hat Beside Mine, I'm An Officer, Too."

In this time of mourning another Brother, we need to stick together and honor another Fallen Hero of the Bureau of Prisons. So let us honor him each and everyday we put that uniform on and do the best that we can, to be safe and watch each others backs. So when you go to work today remember our fallen brother and be proud of what you do and of him for the sacrifice he made.

My thoughts and prayers are with him, his family and to all of our brothers and sisters at USP Atwater. Jose go in peace and hold your keys tight, we will see you again...

For you are our brother in life, behind the wall and in death.
