Sorry to hear of the loss of the staff member there. Sometimes cards, flowers and words just can't begin to express the feeling of loss when we lose someone important to us. In this time of loss, I hope time may heal your pain and the memory of those lost, may guide you through this ordeal. Hold not to the memory of loss but to the memory of life and how those that have gone have touched your lives. Because only through this may we immortalize those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Forget them not, remember them always, for the Nation that forgets its fallen heros, it's self shall soon be counted amongst the fallen.

BM2 Rivera, you are proof that God is taking the good ones from this earth. You were a stellar performer as we sailed the seas through the Mediterranean through the Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea. You knew what it was t serve and how to be a man. You didn't succomb to the petty vices of this world. There was much to be learned from your quiet demenor and your devotion to God, Family and Country. This world is a lot darker since you left us this past Friday, but I know Jesus had a special meal prepared for you brother. You take care family. I know it's got to be hard, and I can't pretend to feel your pain. All I can say is that Jose' was a good man and he is missed in all our hearts. The East Coast family sends it's condolenses. Thank you for the ultimate sacrifice. It is because of courageous and dedicated men and women such as yourself that I, and many like me, sleep peaceful in our beds at night. Alas! what a price to pay for our "security". Thank you and God bless you!!!
