I never met Sgt. Liczbinski. I never met his immediate family. Still, as a Police Officer, I feel that I lost a Brother last week. I hope his family will take a bit of solace knowing that I, and many like me, grieve with them and pray for them. Sarge, you are a hero. Stand tall, and be proud. Watch over us from the Kingdom of Heaven. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

I was horrified to hear of Sgt. Liczbinski losing his life so senselessly. The lose of this husband, father, brother, uncle and police officer is beyond comprehension. I am asking for God to bless all of you not only now during this time of mourning but always.

Sgt Liczbinski you worked a tough beat, I know it to be so cause I'm a Philly boy who grew up in the area.

I pray for your family and friends and co-workers. I hope you have been received in Heaven by the Men and Women who have gone before you and pray for your everlasting peace.

May the lord look over the rest of us, as we search endlessly for the third suspect in this case. We will get him, rest assured. We are indebted to you and your memory- Your Brother in Blue

I only met him one time, but he was the nicest guy. I talked to him on and off for about 3 hours that night. He was at the bedside of another cop on his own time. He told me that he had 3 kids, but that he felt that all of the young officers were like his children. He did not deserve what happened to him. I have been crying for days over this tragedy. God bless you, Sgt. Liczbinski.
