I find myself once again shedding tears because an officer has fallen. Lord, we don't understand, but we trust that You are in control. We reap what we sow, and that goes for Officer Duncan and for the one who took his life. I salute Officer Duncan and offer my prayers up for his family, friends, and fellow officers.
