Officer Duncan your job as a corrections officer was difficult enough, but to have something like this happen to bring about the end of your life while you are off duty is unconscionable. I hope they find the two worthless dregs who were responsible for ending your life, and that they receive their just rewards. It seems like this is a sign of the times, and that the taking of a human life means absolutely nothing to some members of our society. God be with your family, and I wish you a pleasant journey.

Brother....

You have stood for others and gave your all. You walked a beat most would not even attempt. You stood guard to keep all that is evil locked up and away from us. You, my friend, are a true HERO.

I pray for your friends and family. I pray that they know that you are with God, serving Him. For as everyone knows, US Marines guard the gates of Heaven.

God Speed Brother....Until we can meet at the gates...
