To the family of Constable Howard, I leave my deep condolences and pray for all of yall. Sir, thank you very much for your loyal dedication, devotion and service to God, Our Country for all of those that you have served. For my entire life I have always wanted to be a law enforcement officer. it was not untill i went through the Police Academy untill I found out why. Its because when you are born, God has already made the plan for us to be in Law Enforcement. And now that your time has ended, more will arrive and we all work together to take up where you left off. God Bless and rest in peace brother and as you serve as a Guardian Angel to us all, protect us.

People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf-George Orwell

Constable Howard was that man. He loved his family and community and swore an oath to defend it all.

It was not an oath taken lightly. He will not be a man we will soon forget. Jesus has him now. We'll take care of the rest.
