Derek, I heard this morning and could not believe that you were gone. I just got our family reunion email and was looking forward to seeing you this year, it has been a long while and was excited for my daughter to finally meet my favorite cousin.. It doesn't seem fair. I always looked up to you, as a kid and as an adult and will forever miss and love you.

the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only
