Your heroism and service is honored today, the 132nd anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never dimishes respect and you will always be honored and revered. I.

Marshal Carson, may you rest in eternal piece. You come from a time when a lawman was a true hero by having the courage to wear the badge. May your legacy be carried through all of us as we work the beat.

Gone but not forgotten.... Obviously you were a well respected man in the town at the time as the townfolk were angered enough to avenge your death before the trial

Marshal Carson,

I just wanted to thank you for your service. It sounds like the people of New Mexico made sure that those responsible for your death were brought to justice, Good for them.
Rest in peace.
