Recently at a family gathering Bill shared experiences,advice and encouragement with our grandson who is in college studying criminal justice preparing to be a police officer. Bill's remarks reflected his expertise, pride in his profession,and concern for others. It was informative and moving. He was indeed a good man.

Sergeant Bill Biggs was a graduate of the FBI National Academy Class 202. Words cannot express the profound shock and heartbreak we, his classmates, feel at his loss. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Bill's family and the Kirkwood Police Department. We will remember Bill for his easy going manner, his can do attitude and yes, his hats. Bill was a straight talking, matter of fact kind of guy. He was truly a cop's cop and lived as he died, a hero. May God watch over his family and bless his soul.
