Reflections for Police Officer Thomas Frederick Ballman

Tom was an outstanding individual with a strong commitment to his family, friends, and his community. It was with great pleasure and enjoyment that I worked along with him as an explorer advisor. I know he truly cared for all those he came in contact with. Tom will be missed. Godspeed
