Rest in peace my friend....... And to your family and your fiance, I'm so sorry for your loss, words can not describe what you are going through right now, but in time it will get better. I was told when I lost my dad, it is something you will never get over, but it is something you have to adjust to and it is true. Take care and God bless you all.

Dustin was one of the sweetest guys I have ever known.I met him when I was in beauty college and everytime he came in he would request for me to cut his hair. I always looked forward to his next haircut because he was always such a pleasure to be around. Our community has lost an outstanding person. I wish his family my deepest condolences during this tragic time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I feel as if I knew you just by reading all about you, you sound just like my husband. I hate that the world lost one of it's most caring people. But you are in a better place now. I pray for your family each and everyday. I pay that they can get throught this with as little pain as possible. Our church has your family in their prayers also. I have no idea what they are going through but I can only imagine if I lost my husband in that same wreck. You and your family will always be in our hearts and minds Brannon is having a hard time dealing wih your death. I truely believe in everyone has a perpose and a time of death. One night at church the Pastor looked at Branon and said God is trying to use you at work so let him. And I believe that you were part of this plan to use my husband to witness to the guys at his work. Alot of them are non believers and they now see that my husband being the Christian man he is walk away from the wreck unharmed. He had a few minor injuries but that is nothing compared to what our family has to dea with. Those guy my husband works with now believe that he had an angel or God with him at the time of the wreck. So thank you for helping these guys truely believe in the one true God. I know your Family is hurting and don't understand why but I hope this helps ease some pain your death help lead others to the Lord. You died for something. The whole way to the hospital Brannon ony tought about your family and how hurt they would be. He also wondered if you had kids or a wife. I hate that you lost your life but you have gained an eternal life with God. I know that don't help ease the ain of loved ones or friends but I do pray that God be with each and everyone of them and help ease their pain and help them throught this tough times. May you Rest in Peace.

Dustin, though we met only a few times, people told me nothing but good things about you. Your legacy will live on in others because of the life of service you chose. May you find rest with your brothers and sisters who have gone on before you, and may God bless your family, who gave you to the service of strangers.

Dustin was truly one of the best. I've known him since we rode the same bus to school everyday as children and I've never known him to be anything but kind. A bigger heart could not be found and no one has ever been more dedicated to law enforcement. Dustin was always there when anyone needed him and he was always there without complaint. The law enforcement community suffered a tremendous loss Monday morning. May he rest in peace.

Dustin..
I can't even begin to describe the feeling of fear, dread, then devastation I felt the morning of February 4, 2008, as I rolled up on a MVA on Hwy 270. I saw that car to my right.. written in bold black print "Latimer County".. as it was being prepared to load onto the wrecker. I then looked to my left.. only to look into Jesse's face.
I knew it was bad.. But I never imagined I would have to be "remembering" you today!!
You are supposed to be here!! Reporting @ 1800 so you and Larry can see who you can "harrass" tonight!!..haha
Standing by while your friend gives a boy his first ticket, as his girlfriend sits quietly in the passenger side, this one for running a stop sign, while making cracks that.. you know what they have been doing.."They've been He'in & She'in on a back road"!! HAHA
Never a dull moment with you Dustin!! How many times did I have to be careful taking a bite of food..or a drink while eating with you..All because one way or another..You were determined to see it come out my nose with laughter!!!
We Miss You!!! I wish you were here.. Especially to roll with Larry.. He REALLY misses his friend!!
Life will NEVER be the same without you!!! But I am so blessed to have had your whole life to know and love you!!

Goodbye My Brother, My Friend ~ I will see you again!!!!
