I read about this officers death on a forum about another group of officers who are being sued for doing their job.( Protecting the citizens they serve). I am hurting for this officers department today and his family. I lost my best friend in 2002 while he was on a call in law enforcement. We all should remember Detective Shivers as a man who was only doing his job. May his family know that they are not alone and his memory will live on
