Hey Brother, I just had you on my mind this morning. I visited the Charles Town Barracks yesterday and seen a Christmas Card, which had beautiful picture of your daughter. I sure miss our evening dinner's at Anthony's and how we would share a large pizza and laugh out loud at all the people passing by. I miss you Brian.

Happy Thanksgiving my love! The girls and I miss you terribly. Madeline is in NYC with your mom and Arnold this week and Paige and I will be having dinner with my mom and Andy. I'm doing really well in RN school... only 3 semesters to go! I've been working as much as I can and even met a Trooper tonight after a trauma call who asked how the girls and I were doing and was very nice and caring. It warms my heart and makes me smile to know there are those who will never forget about you. I know you will always be watching over us, but I sure wish you were here to enjoy some of this 22 pound turkey I'm cooking in the morning! I remember how you loved your Thanksgiving food :) Miss you and love you always.

I GOT ACCEPTED INTO THE RN PROGRAM!!!! i just got my acceptance letter this afternoon! i called to tell your mom and even madeline got on the phone to congratulate me! i cried like a baby when i opened the letter and read that i got in. i'm just so happy. this is the best thing that's happened in over 5 years! i wish you were here to see this letter and be happy with me. this just changes so much for my life! i just can't believe it! i'm positive you had a part in all this and for that i thank you. i know you are still here with me every step of the way! i will make you proud. PROMISE! i love you soooooooo much forever and always!!!

Guess what babe? I'm officially an EMT! My license was issued today! I had such great instructors. I will start paramedic school in August! I will be riding with KCEAA very soon! I'm just so excited that I had to tell you! I'm sure you had a BIG part in all of this so you probably already know every detail, but I'm glad i decided not to continue with nursing school and be a medic instead. Now I will get to help save people just like the medics who tried to save you :) I love you and miss you.

there has been so much going on the past couple of days babe. i know you have already welcomed bailey up there with you all and that makes me happy that you have been placed once again in such good company, even though it's created horrible circumstances down here. ive been praying so much and i just really hope you help everyone get through this. all i can think about are his kids. nobody deserves to go through what paige and madeline have gone through. my heart is breaking all over again. watch out for them as always and help me to be strong over the next few days so that i might be a blessing to his family. i miss you so very much and i love you.

hey babe. i took the girls to washington dc to the memorial this past weekend for the first time. they traced your name and madeline left hers at your name for you. she also left a paper with her name on it so you would know she was there :) i took lots of pictures! they left pretty blue flowers and a picture of you too. i also took them to see the white house. they had so much fun riding the metro! i tried to be happy and not shed any tears. no child should ever have to go through what the girls have been through with losing you and i just pray you are watching over them. we love you so much and miss you every day.

hey babe. so much has been happening lately. paige started 8th grade and madeline started kindergarten! i wish you were here to see her get on the bus for her first day of school. she looked so cute! her teacher's name is mrs. hamilton and madeline loves her! paige is doing really good in all of her classes so far and is thinking about trying out for the basketball team. i am back in school too! i took my first class over the summer- microbiology, which sucked, and now im taking 13 hours this semester. anyways, i miss you and still think about you everyday. it's so hard to realize you are never coming back and that so much time has passed since you've been gone. seems to get harder as the time passes. we love you and miss you very much.
