With deep sadness I read of another fallen officer that has been carried up to the heavens above. As a dispatcher I know there is nothing "routine" any more in an officers shift. We lost a young officer while he was on on a traffic enforcement detail, being struck by a vehicle. My deepest sympathy goes out to your wife, mother, and your brother, who also I see works in your same precinct. My heart goes out to all of them, along with your family, friends, and entire department. Please know, that all of you will be in my prayers, and that you will not be forgotten. "A Hero does not become a Hero by their death, but by how they lived their life." God Bless!

It was Friday, September 28,2007 as I traveling west on the West Park Toll road. I came up along side Jason and he ask how I was doing. We rode together for about a mile before he exited at the Harris/Fort Bend county lines. As he exited, he told me to be carefull. He will be missed by many, but never forgoten.
God Bless.
