Reflections for Corporal Abel Marquez

May God Bless you and your family. This is so tragic. Even though I did not know you personally, I feel the same pain as the fellow law enforcement officers who knew you well. You are a hero to everyone in Law Enforcement and most importantly to your family. Rest in Peace my friend.

My thoughts and prayers to the families and co-workers/friends of these three officers. I can't begin to imagine the devastation you must be feeling losing three fine officers at once. May they rest in peace and may all of you find solice in the fact that they are together and that they will forever be remembered and be heros.

Our hearts and prayers are with your family/friends and co-workers. What a tragic day. As the wife of an officer and friend of a fallen officer my heart greives for you today. There is no sense in this tragedy and that makes it very difficult.
Rest Well....you have some GREAT men and women in blue that have gone ahead of you to show you the way!
Thank you for your service. And thank you for your bravery and courage.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends and fellow officers. How tragic this was for many! The Odessa Police Department has lost three good men. How hard it will be for this department to recover. I pray each day for the men and women that serve and protect, as well as for their families. Each day, never knowing if their loved one will return home.

Officer Marquez, your family and friends will never forget you and your bravery. Rest easy now in the arms of God who loves you and your family. For His peace awaits you all.

Please let your agency know you are in our pray and it is just a home made button but when we lose any officer i wear it to work everyday untill that officer is laid to rest i work in a doctors office here in Texarkana, Ar and try to keep us in the front of the peoples eye. My own son in law was hurt last week but the Lord granted him his life to return to work on Monday. Please know we are so hurt and if there is anything we can do for your agency or his family please fell free to tell us.

I mourn along with your family. The thin blue line has gotten thinner. Brother, we will carry on with heavy hearts and minds. You are no longer in pain and we know you are in a better place. Watch over us as you walk a beat on the streets that are golden. We have the watch down here. The World is less another hero.
