Words cannot describe how grateful society is for your heroism and many sacrifices, or how sorry we are for the horrible battles you have fought for the last forty years. Your life and what you have had to endure for all these years opened eyes and made us think about what we take for granted. My prayers and thoughts are with you, your brother and sister. God bless you always; rest in heavenly peace, free from any more pain and suffering.

Dear Family, Friends and Co-Workers of Patrolman Barclay, Jr.,

As a survivor, each EOW notice hurts no matter who it is or where they are from. You still feel the same pain and emptiness. We are so sorry for your loss and your family will be in our prayers through this difficult time of your fresh grief. We just don't give enough credit to the men and women who put their lives on the line so that we may feel safe at home. May you find a small measure of comfort in knowing there are many people who care and understand.
