Your heroism and service is honored today, the 6th anniversary year of your death. I am priviliged to leave a tribute to you. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered. Rest In Peace.

I pray for solace for all those that love and remember you for I know both the pain and pride are forever.

Well dad, today makes a whole year that you have been gone. Things finally seem real because for a while, I just put in the back of my mind that you were not gone. I miss you so much daddy. The kids miss you too. They are always talking about you and the memories you made with them will forever be in their hearts. I miss you so much, but I know that you are happy and that no one here on earth can hurt you ever again. One day we'll see each other again and you'd better be waiting at heaven's gates for me, because I'm gonna be looking for you. God Speed Daddy, God Speed.

Love you always and will forever be your baby girl.

Hey Dad,
Can't believe it is all ready the one year anniversary. I think about you every minute of every day. You told me once that life goes on after death but I wish I knew how. How I wish you were here to guide us and protect us. I have so many great memories and I am so thankful for that. I will never forgetyour smile. Even though the picture on this site doesn't look that way, you had a heart of gold. Our little town is not the same without you here. One day we will meet again and what a day that will be!

David,

It's hard to believe it's been a year. I've thought about you and Trudy and the kids often since I learned of your accident last year.
I mourned you like a brother. We grew up together and I have a hard time believeing you're really gone.
I keep you and the family in my prayers and hope to see you again when we are both enjoying God's reward!

Hey Daddy,
Well, it was my birthday yesterday and I so missed you being the first one to call to sing to me. You would sing that song, Happy Happy Birthday Baby! How I miss you so much. You could always make me smile. I am trying Dad to go on but it is soooo hard to do sometimes. I do know that you are at peace and that I have a special angel to watch over me! Love you dude!
