My wife and I attended the class graduation for both my son, Jason, and Eric and the rest of this fine academy class of dedicated professionals. The risks of your profession are no less than any member of the Department of Defense, but are substantially understated and misunderstood by the citizens you protect. We deeply regret the loss of a fine young man who sacrificed all in the service of his country. May you be in a much better place, and show the way for other service professionals and their families when their time is at hand. Thank you, and may God bless you and yours.
