To the family and friends of Corporal Linden (Beau) Raimer and his fellow officers with the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office:

On behalf of our family, we wish to extend our deepest condolences on the grievous loss you have suffered because of this tragic line of duty death. I had just left a reflection for Deputy Mayo a few days ago and then to read about Corporal Raimer's loss was heartbreaking. Your department and community must be reeling from shock.

To his family: I pray that his loved ones will be comforted by the support of your faith and your law enforcement family. There are many other survivors of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty who share this difficult journey with you, and they too can be a source of great comfort.

Heaven has another hero today, but how I wish it were not your beloved.

This refection is sent with the utmost respect for the distinquished and dedicated service Corporal Raimer gave to his community and the citizens of the State of Louisiana, and for the supreme sacrifice he and his family made on June 13, 2007.

Rest in Peace, Corporal Raimer and Deputy Mayo.

Beau,

You taught me well as my first training officer years ago. Know now that as I train those who'll carry on, I teach them just like you taught me. So rest easy knowing a little part of you will carry on in this department for a long time. Thanks for everything and Rest In Peace. We'll miss you.

Beau, you will never be forgotten. May your soul rest in Heaven as you look down on us. God has called for you to assist him along with all the other Angels. It feels just like yesterday, (D-Team)was on night shift, you would come in the Radio Room, to help us all stay awake, by telling jokes and playing around with us. I wish we could have that time again. You are in a better place now, let your brothers and sisters in Blue continue where you left your mark. You will be missed and always in my prayers!! Love you Beau...

Beau I can't believe that you are gone, you will be greatly missed by all of us.
