In May I attended this years annual Police Memorial festivities at Washington DC. Unfortunately, Corporal Ramier will be added to the list of many officers who have died in the line of duty this year. On behalf of our agency and its many officers from the rank and file, we express our deepest sorrow to his family, friends and fellow officers of his agency.

What a terrible tragedy! As he was trying to honor his freind and coworker, his life was taken. Lord, please comfort the family of this deputy.
