i CAME IN FROM WORK YESTERDAY AND MY GRANDFATHER WAS IN TEARS. HE SAID IT HAD HAPPENED AGAIN. 15 YRS AGO WE ATTENDED THE FUNERALS OF STEVE BENNETT AND ARTHUR DRISCOLL. A YEAR BEFORE THAT WE BURIED MY FATHER IN STANFORD KY. ON THE 12TH I TOLD SOMEONE THAT THINGS LIKE THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN SMALL KY TOWNS. WHY DID IT HAPPEN AGAIN? BECAUSE OUR COURT SYSTEMS ARE ONLY AFTER THOSE WHO CAN PAY THE COUNTIES MONEY. THIS MAN WHO TOOK AWAY FROM SO MANY HAD 56 CHARGES AGAINST HIM. WHY WAS HE ON THE STREET. IF HE OWED CHILD SUPPORT HE WOULD BE BEHIND BARS. BIG DEAL THAT HE WAS INTO DRUGS AND ASSAULTRD POLICE OFFICERS! WHEN ARE OUR COURTA GOING TO OPEN THEIR EYES? WHY MUST A GOOD MAN LOSE HIS LIFE THIS WAY? CHIEF LACY, REST IN PEACE. KY COURT SYSTEM, TRY TRO SLEEP GOOD TONIGHT!
