Reflections for Special Agent Matthew Joseph Kuglics

I only most recently heard of this memorial site, due to the line of duty death of one of our own officers. I pray for your family, friends, fellow agents, and all of your Airforce Family. My Youngest son is in the Airforce, so as I look at your face, and the face of the other Agent, I think of him. You both gave the ultimate sacrifice. I know you are both up in the Heavens above in God's loving arms. Thank you for your service to this country! "A Hero is not a Hero by their death, but by How they lived their lives." God Bless!

To the family and friends of Special Agent Matthew Joseph Kuglics and his fellow agents with the US Air Force Office of Special Investigtions:

On behalf of our family, we wish to extend our deepest condolences on the grievous loss you have suffered because of this tragic line of duty death which occured in service to our country.

I pray that his loved ones will be comforted by the support of your faith and your law enforcement family. There are many other survivors of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty who share this difficult journey with you, and they too can be a source of great comfort. How very sad that he was robbed of his life at such a young age. He will never be forgotten and his honor will always be revered.

Heaven has another hero today, but how I wish it were not your beloved.

This refection is sent with the utmost respect for the distinquished and dedicated service Agent Kuglics gave to the citizens of our country, and for the supreme sacrifice he and his family made on June 5, 2007.
