My prayer is the Lord will comfort and provide hope for the family, friends and Brothers/Sisters of the Badge of SA Balmer. Without any reservation may I encourage you to find strength in the Word of God where hope is found. The following scripture is a blessing of hope:

II Timothy 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.
6: For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
7: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

SA Balmer and SA Kuglics had a ministry of freedom they were serving to provide this nation. Thank you, family for allowing them to serve our country and keep the faith.

Effingham County Sheriff's Office GA

On Memory
When you remember me, it means that you
have carried something of who I am with you,
that I have left some mark on who I am on who you are.
It means that you can summon me back to your mind
even though countless years and miles may stand between us.
It means that if we meet again, you will know me,
and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart.
For as long as you remember me, I am never entirely lost.
