Constable Bailey,

I am honored to add my name to the untold amounts of letters calling for the denial of parole to the scum responsible for your death. What they did to you was beyond inhumane, and I sincerely hope that they spend the rest of their lives behind bars for what they did. Your dedication to your duty for well over 40 years is an inspiration to me, and it is with that example that I hope to eventually serve in law enforcement. Thank you, sir.

I sent my letter, and sent a request out to have every officer in my agency do the same. The letters work! I protested the parole of an attempt capital murder suspect every year for ten years and he did all ten flat. It was a small price he paid for the impact his actions had on me and my family, as I was the one he tried to kill...

You may never know it, but your support will mean a great deal to his family...

Keep sending those letters...

Rest in peace brother, we have the watch. I have sent my "No Parole" letter to the South Caroline Parole Board demanding that your murderer spend the rest of his natural life in prison and serve the sentence so ordered by the jury. Thank you sir for your many decades of service to the citizens of South Carolina. Your years were not spent in vain. God bless the family, friends, and co-workers of Constable Bailey. They not only had to endure his murder and a trial for his killer but now have to relive the ordeal again because some panty waist legal professional is trying to get him paroled after only 3 years into a life without parole sentence. What part of "without parole" do people not understand? Again, thank you sir for your service and we are trying to ensure this worthless piece of human flesh is not released until he takes his last breath.

Bob was my best bud . My dad worked with him. he was my favorite guy when it came to fooling around. I was devastated when I heard the news that my bud was killed.i felt so bad for my dad that was his partner in all work duties.he put his life on the line. he will never die in me ,he will stay In my heart. I was only 4 or 5 when bob was gone. I wanted to go to his funeral so bad but my dad and mom were split up and they both came together(rare)and said no becuas eit was so devastating to all of us. I can still hear him making Donald duck sounds to me as I sat in my dads office when he wasn't on call. Bob will always be rememberd by our family, because he was loved by not only me but my dad his partner.

I just finished watching the documentary made about Constable Bailey by Main Street Mysteries. Tears came to my eyes as I learned about this wonderful man, a husband, friend, grandfather and father.

Having not know Constable Bailey but having a heart and strong sense of justice especially for those in law enforcement who work to protect and serve the community and lose their lives for doing a good job.

I pray Constable Bailey's family and especially his partner and son-in-law, take some solace in knowing that a perfect stranger was touched by their loved ones story and will not forget it or him.

RIP Constable, you were a great person who gave his life in service for for his fellow man. God Bless.

Bob,we still have not gone to trial. Teresa and I went to the capital building in Columbia, where we visited the police memorial. I had a long cry while I was there.I still hurt Bob,the pain is still there like it was the night i went to the scene and couldnt find you.I still stop and watch as our brothers and sisters walk up to a car during a traffic stop. They know me now and wave and say thanks for stopping..They know I dont have a shield but they still treat me as a brother and that makes me feel good. Teresa is doing fine, she and I still fight with the solicitor over the female who was there and how she is going to get a pass on the murder charge for her flipping on homeboy. we say no and will fight just as you would for me.Teresa and I will not give up.well i'am getting tired talk to you later, Your former partner and friend, Carmine
