Mr. Tony Ogburn, I can still see that beautiful "smile" on your face each and every morning you arrive to work. Gwen Miller would always have something going on with you each morning . The next thing I know, you would be walking back to my office with that smile shaking your head and I will always tell you to "Pray" for her with a big smile. I think of you all the time and can still see that beautiful " smile and easy going ways", but you was so professional in everything you did, a true friend always.

We could not and would not ever forget what these two men meant to, the Sheriff, fellow officers and staff. They were true heros as they defended the citizens of Henderson County. My heart breaks each time I am reminded of May 17, 2007. Other than my husbands pain when his son was killed, I have never seen him so broken. He loved and respected Tony and Paul. They were not "just employees" to him. Our household honors everything these men stood for. It is truly our faith that assures us one day we will see these two men again. Please continue to pray for Tony, Paul and their families. Families, please know we pray for all of you and we are so appreciative of everything that you have had to give up. As a Sheriff's wife, our Law Enforcement families realize every day in their career lives is a blessing from God. We understand what they stepped up for, every time we see them walk away from us. To the families, may God always protect and guide you thru life. We love you, 2012

We miss you still very much, Dad. It still hurts so badly and some days the pain is equivalent to May 17th. The boys have your pictures of the wall Terri and Dave sent them, in a frame on their wall. Lil Tony is so big and you would be so proud of how he and Randall are growing and very active in the church. You made me promise you I would bring them up as strong Christians and active with church and they are. You would be so proud of these very handsome young men. We love and miss you and you will always be honored and never forgotten!!
