Do not stand at my grave and weep.

I am not there.
I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint of snow.
I am the sunlight of ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the sweet, uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the stars that shine at night.

So do not stand at my grave and cry.

I am not there.
I did not die.

God bless.

Beth

My heart breaks for the family of Officer Beaulieu. What a tragic waste of a hero's life. Drunk Drivers cause more pain than just those they kill or maime, they hurt all of us deeply when we hear of the loss of a hero like this. To Lisa's parents, God Bless you in this awful time. Know we all share your grief and the injustice. Rest in Peace, Lisa, you ARE a hero.
