When does the madness end. I cry for your loss and the many things he will never do. Remember the good times, and be glad for the times you had together. I know the short time together was better than never having him at all. I send you all the love and support I can. He will be in good company in heaven - to many other have gone before him.

Syracuse Police Dept

This tragedy brings back a terrible feeling of helplessness and sadness, anger and confusion. Such a senseless and cowardly act. To the family and close friends of Officer Lindsey, I offer my deepest heartfelt sympathy and support. The way through this darkness is to remember the good times and to hold Officer Lindsey's memory in the highest of honor. Another hero to guard the gates of heaven...and another community left in sadness.
