What a wonderful memorial to the grandfather I never knew. The Duffy family thanks all those who took the time to leave a comment and keep Louis in your thoughts on his end of watch date.

Your heroism and service is honored today, the 65th anniversary of your death. Your memory lives and you continue to inspire. Thank you for your service. My cherished son Larry Lasater was a fellow police officer who was murdered in the the line of duty on April 24, 2005 while serving as a Pittsburg, CA police officer.

Time never diminishes respect. Your memory will always be honored and revered.

Rest In Peace.

As a lifelong township resident I would like Officer Duffy's family and friends to know that his sacrifice is remembered and appreciated. The time that has passed can not bring him back but I hope that it has helped to ease the pain and sadness they feel.
