My dear great great grandfather, I want to thank you so much for your heroic actions, and ultimately the greatest sacrifice of all, your untimely death. Though we have never met, I am very proud to have the same heroic blood run through my veins.

I would have loved to have met James Owens. He was my Grandpa. I know from my Father that he was a wonderful man who loved his family and worked very hard for them. I love you Grandpa.
