Todd,
As a dispatcher who gave many calls to you and ran many 27, 28 and 29's for you, you always made me feel very good about the help I gave you. You were not only a great Christian man, family man, and Trooper, but you were a great friend to all who knew you. I thank you for your help when I first started in Dispatch and for your patience when I gave you a return or when I would get tongue-tied on the radio. I will truly miss saying "Upshur Co, 1421" and hearing "1421" back. Your family will be in my prayers.

Todd,

I was just thinking back on all the time we spent together when we were young and I'm wondering why I didn't do more to stay in touch with you. I have no doubt whatsoever that you were a fine officer and a loving husband and father. May peace be with you and your family. You will never be forgotten...

Trooper Holmes R.I.P.

To your family I hurt. I know your poor wife feels so empty and lost and feeling of no where to turn. To your young children I know they will love growing up telling that thier daddy went to heaven in doing what he loved and was put on this earth for.
I know as your family tries to move forward they will ask why often. I hope they call to God and allow him to show that your duty here was done, and to be proud of you as it takes a special person with a very special heart to walk onto heaven doing the job you did.
God bless your wife, children, parents, and all of your family, friends, and co-workers.
R.I.P. Brother.
