"God only cries for the living
'cause it's the living that are left to carry on
All the Angels up in Heaven
They're not grieving because they're gone
There's a smile on their faces
'Cause they're in a better place
Than all they've ever known."

May the Lord's peace and comfort be with all of you left behind, we remember your hero with you. God Bless.

Sgt Plouff,

I just wanted to thank you for being a great coworker. I always enjoyed talking to you and visiting with you on the rare moments you had to come up to KLS and see us. May your family have peace in knowing that you were a real hero. It is sad that any officer must lay down his or her life in a civilized country to protect others. My prayers are with the Plouff family and the WSPD. I have dealt with the WSPD on a personal level, and they are absolutely the GREATEST. Sgt. Plouff, rest in peace, my brother, we will take it from here.

Our Hero Of Blue

Our hero of blue has fallen
A time of peace is calling
For you to go with God above
He'll give you wings of blue with love
To send a message for everyone
To remember a life and what was done
A dream fulfilled of our angel of blue
We honor you for the job you swore to do
A promise was kept from a hero like you
You put your life on the line each day
To protect and serve in everyway
And to give you thanks we will do our part
To share your message and to keep you in our heart

This is dedicated to all Police Officers and Families
