To Deputy Browne-Sanchez's Mother, Friends and Co-Workers,
Your son, friend and fellow worker, truly made the ultimate sacrifiec for all of us. To be unarmed, and put himself in the line of fire,to protect others without a thought of himself was beyond courage. Not only was Daniel an officer among officer's, but a man among men.
I salute and honor your courage,Daniel. But I also know any officer put in this situation, would have done the same as you. Those in uniform, are there to protect us no matter the outcome. I will be praying for each of you in the days to come, for God to wrap His arms around you and give you peace as only He can.
Deputy Browne-Sanchez, you will forever be alive in our heart and memories, Hero's never die. Daniel, keep watch over your friends and loved ones from the gates of Heaven. You have now been reunited with loved ones who walked this road before you, and other Fallen Hero's who welcomed you home to take your rest.
With Deepest Sympathy
Love and Prayers

Although I did not know him personally, many of my Sheriff friends did. I am sorry for their loss, and equally sad for his family. He died a hero doing what any officer is sworn to do; to serve and protect. May he never be forgotten! Deputy Browne-Sanchez is truly in God's hands. May he rest in peace...

To Daniel's mother: I am so very sorry for your loss. Another dedicated, courageous young officer gone. I grieve with you because last summer my son was killed in the line of duty in California at the age of 33. There really are no words at a time like this, but I hope it's some comfort to know that there are many people who care about what happened to your son and who care about you, his mom.

There are very few people in the world, who when faced with the chance to fight or run to safety, choose to take the most heroic effort and save others in the process. There is a place for you in Heaven my friend. God Bless you, and please watch over your mother at this awful time. I know she will feel your presence with her always, because "Death ends a life, not a relationship." You can be proud every day of your service and a job well done. Rest easy, we will take it from here.

We offer our heartfelt sympathy to the family, friends and colleagues of Deputy Browne-Sanchez and we honor his distinguished service to the cause of justice and peace. Sadly, our nation has lost one of its finest citizens, a community has lost a friend and protector, and a family has lost an example of character and courage who they will love and respect forever. Today, because of the sacrifice Deputy Browne-Sanchez has made, the house of freedom is stronger, sturdier, and more secure.

To the family and friends of Deputy Browne-Sanchez, I would like you to know that a lot of people pray for you, and my hope is that their prayers will give you the strength necessary to move on. Just as you were always with him when he walked the beat or patrolled the streets, know that he will always be with you - wherever you may be. In the days to follow, may you be strengthened by the fact that Deputy Browne-Sanchez is a man distinguished by exceptional courage and will always be admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities. You, your family and your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
