Reflections for Police Officer Kenneth Chua Jordan

Ken,
This all just seems like a dream that I will wake up from. I look at you as the gentle giant. I am truly blessed to have known you because you epitomize the good in life. You lived life to the fullest from you ski trips, to the Vegas vacations. I remember how excited you were to talk of your endeavors. You were always upbeat and would drop everything to help a friend. Those qualities are rare qualities which you mastered. Ken, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Rest in Peace, Brother

Officer Jordan, I salute you Sir. You gave your life that others may live. Thank you for your service. Family,as Ken signed off for the final time, know He was embraced by our Lord as he entered into Heaven's gates, while other Fallen Hero's stood at attention, saluted and said "Welcome Home" brother. We will remember your loved one, and keep his memory alive in our hearts. Please know our heart felt sympathy is with you. Ken will be celebrating Christmas in Heaven this year, I can only imagine how awsome that will be. Find peace in knowing you will see him again someday. It is always tragic when we experience the loss of a member from our law enforcement family. It is with a heavy heart that we give thanks for the officers who serve their community and give the ultimate sacrafic. As a child of a retired officer from the Colorado Spring Police Dept., I hold officers from that community near and dear to me. May the members of the Colorado Springs Police Dept., get through a difficult time knowing that others are saying prayers hoping that they make it through this very sad time with fond memories of their fallen commrade.

Ken,

Waking up this morning, I hoped the news from last night was just a bad dream. Words cannot express the void that's been left in your absence. I'll miss your generosity, sense of humor, and love of life.

Godspeed Ken. Your life and loss will never be forgotten. Watch over us during this dark time.

Gone but not forgotten.

As we grieve in Seattle for a wonderful police officer who paid the ultimate price for making the community a better place, I am told of Officer Ken Jordan's death. Another unthinkable tragedy has occurred. My heartfelt condolences to Officer Jordan's parents and sister. Not only have their lives been forever altered but so have the lives of Officer Jordan's brothers on the police force as well. As your hearts have been torn, may you find some small comfort knowing that others weep with you for your loss.
To officer Jordan's parents I would like to commend you on the great job you did raising such a fine son. You obviously instilled values, morals and goals within him leading him to such an admirable profession. I am certain that he was a wonderful man. I know you will always be proud of his selflessness and will to help others.
To all law enforcement officers, we pay tribute to the job you do and the pride and professionalism in which you carry it out.
Lastly, I share this with those that loved Office Jordan:

In the rising of the sun and in its going down,
we remember them.
In the glowing of the wind and in the chill of winter,
we remember them.
In the opening of buds and in the rebirth of spring,
we remember them.
In the blueness of the sky and in the warmth of summer,
we remember them.
In the rustling of the leaves and in the beauty of autumn,
we remember them.
In the beginning of the year and when it ends,
we remember them.
When we are weary and in need of strength,
we remember them.
When we are lost and sick at heart,
we remember them.
When we have joys we yearn to share,
we remember them.
So long as we live, they too shall live,
for they are now a part of us, as
we remember them.
- Judaism

Ken Jordan will remain in our heart.
