I hate to see that another officer lost his life in the line of duty. I have a magnet on my unit that says "HEROS LIVE FOREVER".... You Trooper Paul Barry will live forever in the hearts and minds of us all. You rest in peace and patrol the the streets of heaven with all the other heros before you. Words can't express the heart wrenching sorrow I feel for the Barry family and Massachusetts State Police Department. Being number 7 in my family I understand the love your family must have shared on a daily basis. Please accept our condolences and the many, many prayers that will be offered up on Trooper P.F. Barry's behalf. Reflect often on the great times you had with Trooper Barry. Your watch is over and your brothers in blue have it from here Trooper Barry. May GOD send a peace and comfort to everyone affected by this hugh loss you have suffered. For it's how you lived that makes you a hero....not how you died. May God Protect and Bless Our Law Enforcement Officers.
