I never knew Todd living in Cayuga county, but thank you to all law enforcement officers for keeping all of us safe in such a thankless job.

You know you are truely missed. I cannot thank you anymore for your duties. What people don't know is that any man in uniform puts there lives at risk everyday. My father serving as an Onondaga County Sheriff, Brother Tom (who you have worked with) Syracuse Police, Brother Joe Syracuse Fire, Husband Joshua Nowak, currently serving US Army overseas.
