In Valor there is Hope. Rest in Peace.

Policeman's 23rd Psalm
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want,
His comforting hand reduces fear to naught;
He makes me walk through streets of crime,
But He gives me courage and peace of mind.

He leads me by still waters in the path I trod,
And He says in Romans I'm a "minister of God,"
He leads me in righteousness as He restores my soul,
For His name's sake He keeps me whole.

When I walk through death's valley, right up to the door,
I will fear no evil, for He comforts me more;
For Thou art with me every step of the way,
As thy rod and thy staff protect me each day.

He prepares a table, especially for me,
As I work daily among life's enemies;
He gives me authority to uphold the law,
And He anoints my position in the midst of it all.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me,
Each day of my life through eternity;
As I long to hear Him say, "Well done...,"
When I lay down my life, my badge, and my gun.

Our father who art in heaven
Hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
My thoughts and prayers go to you Deputy McGrane and your family in this time of loss. Thank you for all the years you served as law enforcement and to all the colleages you leave behind to take on the responsibility. May you rest in peace with our Lord Jesus Christ! ejs/Rio Rancho,NM

My sympathies to the McGrane family at this very difficult time. Know that even strangers care and hope for a speedy capture of the suspect/s so that everyone can have closure even though there never is complete closure. I wish the family only happy days in the days, weeks & years to come.

Thank you for giving all you could give for the people of New Mexico. My heart aches for your family. I took my daughters to see the funeral motorcade. I wanted them to see how a hero was honored for giving his life. We were so touched as your mom waved to us as we stood by the gate. Thank you Officer McGrane and Thank you to your family.
May God Bless your family and the Officers that are serving our cities and states.

Connie,
No words can express my sorrow for you and your family.
When you,Tina,Dale & I used to bowl on Friday nights it was always so much fun. Once in a while Jim would show up at the bowling alley......it was always an added pleasure. I must say that it was a pleasure to meet such a wonderful man who was obviously crazy in love with you. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and if there is anything I can do please feel free to call. I am so very sorry.
Take care and remember he will always be remembered.
Love to you and your family,

Another brave soldier in the never ending war on criminals in our country has been killed by a cowardly enemy. May the ruthless criminal responsible for this murder be brought to justice and sentenced to the most severe penalty. May the memory of your service, heroism and sacrifice remain forever.
